Mark J. Gelman is a counsel in Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP's executive compensation and corporate governance and advisory practice groups. Mark advises public and private companies, executives, boards of directors, financial institutions and investors in connection with all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits, including complex tax, securities law and corporate governance matters. Mark has extensive experience in the negotiation and design of employment and severance agreements and arrangements, including equity-based and incentive compensation plans, and in the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions.
