Mohan Rao is counsel in the London office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel (UK) LLP. He focuses his practice on litigation, regulatory investigations and internal investigations matters, having particular experience in the financial services sector.
Mohan has successfully represented clients across a number of complex and high value disputes. He also frequently acts for global corporations and financial institutions responding to regulatory and white-collar criminal inquiries from a number of agencies in the UK, US and Europe.
Earlier in his career, Mohan spent time on secondment at a FTSE 100 company, working on disputes, internal investigations and regulatory matters.
Mohan has also authored articles concerning a variety of legal topics for publications including the Journal of International Banking and Financial Law, Privacy Laws and Business and Cyber Security Practitioner.
