Orly is a counsel in Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP’s corporate practice group.

Orly has extensive experience representing investment and commercial banking clients in leveraged bank financings and debt securities offerings involving significant real estate components. Orly negotiates all real estate aspects of credit agreements, commitment letters, intercreditor agreements, purchase agreements, indentures, offering memoranda, and ancillary documents required to consummate such transactions. On behalf of Cahill’s clients, Orly has worked to secure real estate assets in many different types of complex commercial real secured transactions, including coal assets, oil and gas assets, power plants, casinos, hotels and theme parks.
