Rohani has over a decade of experience working with leading direct lenders, private credit funds, asset managers, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on transactions across the capital structure, including structuring and negotiating LBOs, unitranche, first lien/second lien, mezzanine debt, preferred stock, and other structured debt and equity financings.

Before joining the firm, Rohani was counsel at a large international law firm.
