Sneha Jha

Sneha has more than 15 years of experience representing predominantly lenders in complex financing transactions including private credit, syndicated leveraged finance, restructuring, and project finance. Reflecting her impact in the private credit space, Sneha was recognized in “The 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation,” which honors lawyers who have distinguished themselves early in their careers and are helping shape the future of the legal profession. She has also been quoted by industry publications, including CreditSights, on the evolving private credit market and financing landscape.

Sneha previously worked at Golub Capital, a leading direct lender, where she structured and negotiated private credit transactions including LBOs, cross-border financings, refinancings, and restructurings. She began her career as an associate in the banking practice of a leading global firm, where she worked on some of the firm’s earliest private credit deals.
