Tim represented the financing sources in recent acquisitions including the $8.3 billion of acquisition of CDK Global by Brookfield Business Partners, the $7.2 billion acquisition of Ingram Micro by Platinum Equity, Charter’s acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks, T-Mobile USA’s merger with Sprint Corp., the $2 billion acquisition of International Speedway Corporation by NASCAR, the leveraged acquisitions of UFC, Restaurant Brands and VWR Corporation (by Avantor, Inc.) and H.J. Heinz as well as several of the landmark acquisitions of the LBO boom, including TXU Corp., Aramark and Warner Music Group. He has also represented Linde plc and Validus Holdings, Ltd. in acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Tim advises clients on the high-yield bond, bridge and bank components of acquisition financings and debt refinancings as well as on asset-based lending facilities, equity offerings and restructurings. He has experience in a variety of industries including media and communications, technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, gaming, telecommunications, natural resources, commodities and reinsurance. In addition, he is also active in data center financings representing investment banks and lenders in Rule 144A offerings and loan transactions.
