Vishwani Singh

Vishwani Singh is an associate in Cahill’s New York office, where she focuses her practice on litigation matters. Vishwani represents global corporations, financial institutions, and their executives in litigation and appeals. Her practice covers securities litigation, complex commercial litigation and arbitrations, class action defense, and government investigations including SEC enforcement actions against digital asset companies. 

Vishwani’s experience includes in-house wealth management advisory coverage of both self-directed and full-service trading platforms, as well as digital assets, traditional investment products, and annuities & insurance businesses. While in-house, her responsibilities included product development, regulatory change management with respect to the equities, futures and digital assets markets, supporting the business in developing and launching new product offerings, and advising on compliance with new and existing industry rules and regulations.  

Vishwani graduated from George Washington University Law School in 2020, and Fordham University in 2016.
