Supreme Court Precludes Collateral Attack on Bankruptcy Court Orders in Travelers Indemnity Co. v. Bailey

On June 18, 2009, the Supreme Court of the United States issued a 7-2 decision in Travelers Indemnity Co. v. Bailey, No. 08-295.
