On December 3, 2007, after receiving comments on its proposal dated July 5, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") adopted two exemptions from the registration requirements of Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") for compensatory employee stock options.
