On August 1, 2008, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") published an interpretive release(the "Release")1 to provide guidance on the use of company web sites to provide information to investors in compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), and without violating the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws.
