Floyd Abrams and Joel Kurtzberg to Participate in Panel Discussion at PLI’s "Communications Law in the Digital Age"

On November 13th and 14th, Floyd Abrams and Joel Kurtzberg will be speaking at the Practicing Law Institute's Seminar on Communications Law in the Digital Age, 2014. Floyd will be discussing Developments in First Amendment Jurisprudence with speaker Paul Smith of Jenner & Block, moderator Lee Levine of Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz LLP, and panelists Adam Liptak of The New York Times, Kathleen M. Sullivan of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, and Jack M. Weiss of LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Joel Kurtzberg will be discussing Reporter’s Privilege and Anonymous Speech with speaker Karen Kaiser of The Associated Press, moderator Lee Levine, and panelists Bruce D. Brown of The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and George Freeman of Jenner and Block.
