Cahill Team Named Law360 “Legal Lions of the Week” for Grubhub First Amendment Victory

Cahill partner and co-chair of the firm’s First Amendment & Media Litigation practice, Joel Kurtzberg, and associate Jason Rozbruch were recognized by Law360 as “Legal Lions of the Week” for securing a complete victory for Grubhub before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

The Second Circuit affirmed a decision striking down a New York City ordinance on First Amendment grounds that would have required third-party delivery services to disclose customer information and ordering history to restaurants without obtaining customers’ express consent.

“Legal Lions of the Week” is a weekly roundup recognizing law firms and attorneys that secured notable litigation victories or other significant legal wins during the preceding week.
