Jason is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he focuses his practice on Litigation matters with an emphasis on Antitrust Litigation & Regulation, First Amendment & Media Litigation, Securities Litigation & White Collar Defense, Anti-Corruption Compliance, and Corporate Governance & Investigations.
Jason has experience with class action defense and appellate work, as well as SEC, DOJ, and state AG enforcement actions. He also advises companies in connection with FCPA, antitrust, and OFAC due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments. Jason’s cross-border work on investigative and compliance matters includes conducting FCPA compliance assessments in India, Brazil, Malaysia, Canada, and South Korea.
