On Friday, February 26, Floyd Abrams participated in Brooklyn Law School’s symposium entitled “Free Speech Under Fire — The Future of the First Amendment.” The Symposium brought together many of the nation’s leading First Amendment advocates and scholars to address pressing issues in the areas of hate speech, money and speech, corporate and commercial speech, and surveillance and speech.
