Bart Friedman Participates in Panel Discussion at the NACD’s Program on Not-For-Profit Boards

On Wednesday, May 17th, Bart Friedman spoke at the National Association of Corporate Directors’ panel discussion entitled “Not-For-Profit Boards: Governance Hot Spots.” The panel discussed current developments on a range of issues including board composition, pay practices, cybersecurity and director responsibility. Bart was joined by moderator and former Vice Chairman & Deputy CEO of Deloitte, Bob Kueppers; Sandra Pace of Steven Hall & Partners; and Lopa P. Zielinski of HSBC.
