Cahill partner Gary Kalbaugh will speak on two panels at Malta Stock Exchange’s 2026 Governance, Risk, Compliance & ESG Conference on March 5.

Gary’s first panel, “Boardroom Effectiveness: Building the Right Compliance Culture from the Top,” is scheduled for 10:15 – 11:00 am. He and fellow panelists will delve into the essential function that boards serve in establishing a robust culture of compliance, as well as how proficient board leadership integrates governance, accountability, and transparency into corporate strategy.

Gary’s second panel, “Banking vs. Blockchain: How Will Stablecoins and Crypto Evolve?,” is scheduled for 2:00 – 2:50 pm. He and fellow panelists will explore the growing convergence of digital assets and traditional finance, with a focus on the evolving importance of stablecoins and cryptocurrencies in the future of currency.
