Frank J. Weigand to Speak at ACA 2026 Conference on Broker-Dealer Examination Trends

On April 16, Cahill partner Frank Weigand, will speak on the panel, "Latest Examination Trends: Broker-Dealers” at the ACA Conference.

Frank and fellow panelists will discuss regulatory considerations related to complex products, oversight of AI tools, trade surveillance deficiencies and inaccurate or incomplete regulatory reporting. In addition, the panel will examine evolving trading practices in digital and retail markets and how firms are navigating liquidity and operational risks.
