Lewis Rinaudo Cohen Speaks at Georgetown Law's Roundtable on Control & Ownership of Digital Assets

Lewis Rinaudo Cohen, partner and co-chair of the CahillNXT Digital Assets and Emerging Technology practice, will participate in the "Control and Ownership of Digital Assets under Private Commercial Law" roundtable, hosted by Georgetown Law’s Institute of International Economic Law (IIEL). 

Attended by industry experts, policymakers and academics, this discussion will focus on the implications of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and will be guided by the recently published volume, “Control and Ownership of Digital Assets under Private Commercial Law.” Drawing on contributions from experts across multiple jurisdictions, the discussion will explore global approaches to legal “control” and custodial responsibilities for digital assets.
