Adam Dworkin to Speak at American Bar Association’s Loan Documentation Trends CLE

Partner Adam Dworkin, co-chair of Cahill’s Corporate Department, will speak on a commercial finance panel for the American Bar Association (ABA). The panel will focus on the U.S. corporate loan market, examining recent loan documentation trends, negotiation of intercreditor agreements, and the ethical considerations in such negotiations.

The seminar is part of the ABA’s fall slate of continuing legal education programs, which bring together leading practitioners from major financial institutions and law firms to provide up-to-date discussions on current legal and market developments.
