Axtel Completes Acquisition of Avantel

Cahill represented Axtel, S.A.B. de C.V in connection with a $520,000,000 financing comprised of a $315,000,000 Bridge Loan, MXP1,042,362,416 unsecured Term Loan and $110,200,000 unsecured Term Loan to fund its acquisition of Avantel. Completion of the acquisition consolidated Axtel's position as the second-largest fixed-line integrated telecommunications company in Mexico.
