Cahill Represents Citigroup in $991.25 Million Financing for Spirit AeroSystems, Inc.

Cahill represented Citigroup as Lead Arranger in a $991.25 million transaction by Spirit  AeroSystems, Inc. in which Spirit amended and restated their existing Credit Facility to upsize the Revolving Facility by an additional $225 million, reprice the Term Loan Facility and make other operational amendments in connection with Spirit's IPO.
