Cahill represented UBS Securities LLC as Sole Arranger and Sole Bookrunner in the acquisition financing of Mattress Holding Corp. by J.W. Childs Associates. The debt financing consisted of $210,000,000 Senior Secured Credit Facilities and a $120,000,000 Senior Subordinated Loan.
