RE/MAX International, Inc. Completes $300 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Citicorp North America, Inc., as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., as Sole Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Syndication Agent in a $300,000,000 Credit Facility by RE/MAX International, Inc. comprised of a $145,000,000 Term Loan and a $155,000,000 Delayed Draw Term Loan in connection with the acquisition of regional franchisers.
