Cahill represented Credit Suisse, Cayman Island Branch, The Bank of New York, Lehman Brothers Inc., Citibank, N.A. and Fifth Third Bank in connection with a $350,000,000 Credit Facility by PRIMEDIA Inc., comprised of a $250,000,000 Term Loan and a $100,000,000 Revolving Loan.
