Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC in connection with $200,000,000 in loans to fund the acquisition of The Container Store, Inc. by Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. The loans were comprised of a $125,000,000 Term Loan and a $75,000,000 Revolving Facility.
