Morgan Securities, Inc., UBS Securities LLC, and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC as underwriters, in connection with the public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock of Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE:MTH), a leading U.S. homebuilder. The underwriters were granted an option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares within a 30-day period, to cover over allotments, if any.
