Cahill represented Deutsche Bank, GSO and GE Capital, as agents and arrangers, in connection with over $1.2 billion in senior secured credit facilities to finance the $3.5 billion acquisition of The Weather Channel companies by Bain, Blackstone and NBC Universal.
