Cahill represented the Initial Purchasers including Banc of America Securities LLC, and RBC Capital Markets Corporation in Louisiana-Pacific Corporation's Rule 144A offering of 375,000 units comprised of in aggregate $375,000,000 principal amount at maturity of the company's 13.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 and warrants to purchase in aggregate 18,395,963 shares of the company's common stock.
Cahill also represented the Solicitation Agents including Banc of America Securities LLC, and RBC Capital Markets Corporation in connection with consent solicitations relating to the company's 8.875% Senior Notes due 2010.
