Penn Virginia Completes $300 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC, Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc, and the other underwriters in the public offering by natural gas and oil company Penn Virginia Corporation of $300,000,000 of its 10.375% Senior Notes due 2016.
