Belden Inc. Completes $200 Million Rule 144A Offering

Cahill represented Wachovia Capital Markets LLC, Banc of America Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and the other initial purchasers in connection with Belden Inc.'s Rule 144A offering of $200,000,000 principal amount of 9.25% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2019. The proceeds of the notes will be used to repay indebtedness under Belden Inc.'s existing senior secured credit facility.
