Financing Completed for Acquisition of Infogroup Inc. by CCMP

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, and Banc of America Securities LLC, as Syndication Agent, Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner, in connection with Omaha Acquisition Inc.'s $323,875,000 senior secured credit facility consisting of a $273,875,000 term loan and a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the term loan and a portion of the proceeds of the revolving credit facility were used to finance the acquisition of Infogroup Inc. by affiliates of CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC.
