Roofing Supply Group Completes $225 Million Private Placement

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank, Jefferies & Company and other joint book-runners in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $225,000,000 8 5/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 by Roofing Supply Group, LLC and Roofing Supply Finance, Inc. The net proceeds will be used refinance existing indebtedness.
