Cenveo Completes $430 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Bank of America Merrill Lynch as agent and lead arranger of printing giant Cenveo's $430 million amended and restated credit facility. The amendment and restatement refinanced the outstanding term loans of the company and extended the maturity of the revolver.
