Cahill Represents UBS in $180 Million Bank Financing for Buyout of CPI International by Veritas Capital

Cahill represented UBS as administrative agent in connection with the $180,000,000 Credit Facility comprised of a $150,000,000 Term B Loan and a $30,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility by CPI International Acquisition, Inc. to partially fund the leveraged buyout of CPI International by an affiliate of The Veritas Capital Fund IV, L.P. The buyout was valued at approximately $525 million.
