Cahill represented Barclays Capital and BMO Capital Markets as joint book-running managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $175,000,000 9.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 by Cambium Learning Group, Inc., a leading educational company focused exclusively on at-risk and special student populations. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
