Nuveen Investments Completes Notes Offering

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citi, Credit Suisse, J.P Morgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities as initial purchasers in Nuveen Investments, Inc.'s add-on notes offering of $150,000,000 of its 10 1/2% Senior Notes due 2015.
