Drumm Investors LLC (Golden Living) Completes $1.575 Billion Refinancing

Cahill represented Citi and Royal Bank of Canada as Joint Lead Arrangers in connection with the $1,575,000,000 Credit Facility comprised of a $1,500,000,000 Term Loan and a $75,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility for Drumm Investors LLC. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
