Celanese Completes $400 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank Securities, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and RBS Securities Inc. as joint book-running managers and the other co-managers in Celanese U.S. Holdings, LLC's registered offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2021.
