Omnicare Completes $750 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented SunTrust Bank as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with the $750,000,000 senior unsecured credit facility comprised of a $450,000,000 term loan and a $300,000,000 revolving credit facility for Omnicare, Inc. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
