Cahill Represents Citi and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding in Acquisition Financing for Essent Healthcare

Cahill represented Citibank as administrative agent and Citigroup Global Markets and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as lead arrangers in connection with the $395,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $295,000,000 Term B loan and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for RegionalCare Hospital Partners Inc., a Warburg Pincus portfolio company. The proceeds will be used in connection with the acquisition of Essent Healthcare, Inc., a portfolio company of Vestar Capital Partners and Cressey & Company and for general corporate purposes.
