LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC, and Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. as joint book-running managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $460,000,000 9% Senior Notes due 2018 by Atlantic Power Corporation. The proceeds will be used to partially finance the acquisition of Capital Power Income L.P.
