FleetPride Corporation Completes $415 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other lead arrangers in connection with a $415,000,000 credit facility for FleetPride Corporation, comprised of a $370,000,000 term loan and a $45,000,000 revolving credit facility. The proceeds will be used to refinance FleetPride's existing credit agreement and existing debt securities.
