Cahill Represents Credit Suisse in Connection with Jacobs Entertainment's Amended and Restated Credit Facility

Cahill represented Credit Suisse as administrative agent and the other arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of Jacobs Entertainment, Inc.’s credit facility. The restatement extended the maturity of $45 million of the existing term loans, extended the maturity of the existing revolving loans and increased the amount of revolving loans to $40 million.
