Cahill represented ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries in its acquisition of PriceSpective LLC, a value strategy consultancy to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. The acquisition is expected to strengthen ICON's expertise in value based pricing and market access capabilities.
