Cahill represented Morgan Stanley as sole book-running manager in connection with a secondary public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock of Aircastle Limited (NYSE:AYR), resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $64,500,000 to the selling shareholder. The shares of common stock were sold by Fortress Investment Group.
