Alliance Data Systems Completes $500 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, RBC Capital Markets, and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $500,000,000 principal amount of 6.375% Senior Notes due 2020 by Alliance Data Systems Corporation. Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
