Cahill Represents GF Capital in Sale of Airborne, Inc.

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and Lindquist & Vennum served as co-counsel to GF Consumer Health, LLC and GF Capital Private Equity Fund, L.P. in its sale of Airborne Inc., a provider of immune-system support supplements, to vitamin maker Schiff Nutrition for $150,000,000. Schiff Nutrition completed the transaction by using a combination of new debt and cash on hand.
