Generac Power Systems Completes $150 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with the $150,000,000 asset-based revolving credit agreement for Generac Power Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of backup power generation products for residential, light commercial and industrial markets. Proceeds from the loan were to be used for working capital needs and for general corporate purposes.
