Cahill represented Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, and RBS as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $500,000,000 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 by QVC, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
