Ally Financial Completes $600 Million Public Offering

Morgan, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets, as joint book-running managers, and the co-managers in connection with the Public offering of $600,000,000 of 4.625% senior guaranteed notes due 2015 for Ally Financial Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
